My experience at this Speedco was extremely disappointing. The wait time was excessive, and both the customer service and communication were poor. The employees appeared lackadaisical and acted as though they did not want to be there. While they repeatedly complained about being understaffed, no one provided updates or checked on the customers waiting for service. Everything took far longer than it should have. After nearly 30 years in the trucking industry, this was easily one of the worst shop experiences I have ever had.

I had to wait about two hours to have a tire patched, which is not bad. It’s not at the laws. It’s around the corner. But Love’s does not sell used. Tires only knew a recap.

I don’t know what Love’s is thinking but charging $950 for a synthetic oil change that TA Petro and independent shops charge $450 for is insane. Clearly I didn’t get the service because no way in hell am I paying $950 for an oil change? I wonder how many people get shell shock when they get the bill

Zero star!!! Avoid this place if you don't want to waste your time!!! Absolutely terrible experience at this Speedco. I waited 30 minutes because every bay had a sign that said “Please wait for attendant to direct you”. Nobody came out or said a word. Then a second truck arrived, pulled right into Bay 1, and the staff immediately came to him and took him first. When I asked what was going on, an old, rude woman told me it was because I didn’t “do a check-in”—even though the other driver didn’t either. She just went to him, took all his information herself, and ignored me completely. I was told I’d have to wait after him, with zero explanation or courtesy. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely unfair. If you value your time and basic human respect, avoid this place.

Stopped in this morning at 8:30 for a water leak walked into the service department at this speedco and the girl behind the counter Patrice dark skin lady I said good morning to her and she ignored me so I knew right then and there that this service wasn’t gonna work first place she should have greeted me with good morning sir welcome to Speedco but instead she just ignored me and kept her shitty attitude on her cell phone when I said good morning to her then she wanted to be rude and talk at me instead of talking with me in a rude manner that is unacceptable for a person who works behind a counter and a place of business. If you don’t like your job find another one there’s no need for you to be rude to customers if I was your boss, I would’ve terminated you on a spot then she says it’s gonna be eight hours for the repair and they got two technicians out there standing in the shop twiddling their fingers doing nothing no other trucks around so all the negative reviews of this location are true terrible terrible service and unprofessional customer service.
